Along with the astonishing success of the Tao nightclub at the Venetian Hotel, the creators of this Las Vegas nightclub are inaugurating a brand new Roman/Mediterranean designed restaurant called Lavo located in the Palazzo resort. This innovative design is designed after the Roman bathhouses of long-ago. A ton of work has gone into the historical accuracy of this Las Vegas restaurant and into the tiny details also.

This nightclub/restaurant can seat 300 people and features a menu full of Mediterranean cuisine. Their menu is designed to promote the sharing of appetizers and small meals, as opposed to large one-person plates. The restaurant segment also has an outdoor terrace which can seat 100 guests and overlooks the famous Las Vegas Strip.

The nightclub part features a state of the art audio and video system while live DJs are always availableto keep the crowd entertained. The nightclub stays open six nights a week opening its doors at 10:00 pm and closing around 5 am. What the nightclub doesn’t have is a VIP section, which the owners say is to have a more shared feel.

Lavo always has lots of eye candy for the visitors (especially the male guests). There is a model constantly bathing herself in the restaurant, female dancers, and other models acting out different historical scenarios. On the terrace, you will find a reserve of hookahs with a “hookah master” helping you make the best choice.

This nightclub is led by the same group that opened Tao Las Vegas in the Venetian Casino Hotel in 2005. Ever since the unveiling of this nightclub it has been one of the most popular clubs in Las Vegas, frequented mostly by celebs. Along with the Tao Asian Bistro and Tao Beach, these have been the highest earning destinations in the U.S. since 2006.

This nightclub/restaurant will be huge for The Palazzo Vegas. This space features 3000 top of the line suites, the best shopping stores, and Sin City’s finest restaurants and entertainment. Other areas in The Palazzo Las Vegas include rapper Jay-Z´s 40/40 Club, Canyon Ranch SpaClub, an enormous Barneys New York even a Lamborghini sales floor has a space in The Palazzo Vegas.
