Vegas billionaire Steve Wynn without a doubt has something new to be anxious about this Christmas time. With an estimated investment of around $2.3 billion, the brand-new hotel and nightclub called Encore will inaugurate in the next few days.

This deluxe casino and hotel is connected to the tremendously fashionable Wynn Las Vegas on the Vegas Strip. As many Las Vegas, Nevada hotel and casino investors are trying to find a direction to keep their hotels open, Wynn is flying high with his $billion Vegas properties.

This 2000 room hotel-casino is an incredible creation. The centerpiece of this hotel and casino will be the nightclub, XS. Steve has taken notice lately that nightclubs are a huge attraction in Sin City, and not primarily the hotels as they used to be. He thinks that Vegas nightclubs frequently make more riches and are a huge hotspot for the young and hip set.

He has also built a posh steakhouse adjacent to the XS nightclub. The idea behind the popular Colombian painter, Fernando Botero this circular steakhouse has a huge Botero carving as the focal point. Eventhough it is not as fantastic as the nightclub which it is connected to; the Botero steakhouse is thought to complement rather well with the flashy LV nightclub.
The thought behind XS and Botero is a sort of St. Tropez atmosphere, where the bash chugs along nonstop and most of the party occurs next to a pool or beach setting. Times have definitely changed in LV, where folks favor partying to gambling these days.
